Let's start with the beginning. Donald has a taste for it. If someone turns up their nose at one of his nominations, he pulls out of his hat an even more questionable nomination than the previous one. Understandably, he waited so long to get back in the saddle. Now it's his turn. I won't go through one name after another, but I will try to close the circle regarding the Trumpian team that is forming, relying on a not-so-original thought. Donald chooses his most loyal followers, those who, for him, would throw themselves (or at least that's what they must have promised him during the meetings at Trump Tower) into the fire. These most loyal followers have the arduous task of getting some hot potatoes. Which ones? We have them for all tastes and budgets. The public debt and wars at every latitude are the most luminescent. But America's drawers are undoubtedly full of matters to resolve, and the creaking of skeletons in the closet is making increasingly sinister noises. Are some candidates at risk of not making it? More than one. Matt Gaetz (designated for attorney general) has already been forced to step down, but he may not be the only one.
